Description/execution – The user gathers flame into their hands until it creates a concentrated ball of fire into each palm. The user then claps their hands together,creating a burst of flame in every direction. The radius is determined by the anger of the user.

Description/execution – The user makes a cylindrical "handle" of flame within their hand. Fire spouts from the "handle" and can extend up to 16 ft.

Description/execution – The user activates standard jets of flames from the palms of their hands.

you are missing a name on the last one, and you cannot use it untill you reach stage 4, so are you sure if you want to go with this? and this so sounds like final fantasy XII vaan.

i allow 4 artes or perhaps i did not see to it clearly before as i did check it , 3 artes is ok to you? i will have to raise the rank of the second skill by one, energy chain style seems to be a tad overkill at stage 1 cause of chakra control if this is naruto.....
